From 24th to 28th January 2025, FRTO members participated in the vibrant Sambhar Festival, an initiative by Rajasthan Tourism to boost tourism in the Sambhar region. The event celebrated culture, ecology, and responsible travel at India’s largest inland salt lake.

Program Overview

The Sambhar Festival offered an immersive experience for all attendees. Members visited the world-renowned Sambhar Salt Lake, observed a variety of migratory birds, and learned about the fragile biodiversity of the region.
